A busy schedule or a far commute should not be at the cost of your smile! At Walt Orthodontics, we pride ourselves on offering our patients the flexibility of an in-person or virtual consultation for no fee. Curious about what happens during a virtual or in person consultation? We’re here to give you the inside scoop!
Save Time With A Virtual Consultation
A virtual consultation is a great option for those who have a busy schedule, or have had previous treatment, and are experiencing minor shifting. All virtual consultations are conducted as Zoom meetings and only take approximately 30 minutes to complete. If interested in a virtual consultation, we ask you to complete our short survey, so we can better understand your current orthodontic needs and goals!
Dr. Walt is no stranger to braces himself! Not only can he use photos and videos to assess your case, but he is present during pre-screening calls to help decide what type of consultation best suits you.
After our virtual assessment, we plan a time for you to come into our office to take complimentary x-rays, photos and confirm your personalized treatment plan. At this time we also present the treatment cost along with our affordable payment plans and review your insurance coverage too.
We Would Love To Meet You!
For those who live a little closer or are able to come in during the day, we would love to get to see you in person! We follow all COVID-19 protocols and ask you to complete our Wellness Questionnaire prior to your visit. All in person appointments require a full hour to complete your full diagnostics. This includes photos, x-rays and an oral assessment. Then, we can present to your personalized treatment plan! We will also discuss next steps, pricing and payment plans, and answer all of your questions to give you the smile of your dreams!
