Randi joined the Walt Orthodontics team in February 2017 after working in an Endodontics office for over 5 years. She has been working in the dental field since 2009 and is dedicated to excellent patient care and committed to ensuring everyone’s experience at our office exceeds any expectation. Outside the office, Randi is mommy to an adorable fur baby Louie, and enjoys cooking, adventures, and travelling.
Heidie is passionate about Orthodontics and has been in the field for over 8 years. Heidi has assisted, but she most loves the administrative side of the office. In her free time, Heidi enjoys a new adventure, hanging out with friends, and trying new restaurants.
Alisha graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition in 2007 and received her Dental Hygiene diploma from Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries in 2010. She has been working with Walt Orthodontics since 2018 and enjoys all aspects of Orthodontics. In her spare time, Alisha enjoys travelling the world and trying new restaurants in Toronto.
Jodi graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Bachelor in Medical Science in 2004 and received her Dental Hygiene diploma from George Brown College in 2006. She has been working with Dr. Walt since the very early days and has loved being a part of Walt Ortho's success and growth over the years. She enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, and takes her second job as a dance mom very seriously!
Michelle became a Level II Dental Assistant graduate in 2013 from Niagara College and is also certified with the Ontario Dental Assistants Association. Michelle dedicated herself to a general dental practice for over 3 years before making the transition in 2017 to orthodontics where she quickly became part of our Walt Orthodontics family. In her spare time, she has a passion for travel and is always planning her next adventure!
In 2016 I began my dental journey working at an Oral and Maxillofacial surgery clinic for 4 years as admin and loved every bit of it. I then transitioned to general dentistry in 2019 as admin/coordinator. When covid hit the world and everyone was home I decided to take up being a mortgage agent. I pursued that for about 2 years only to realize my real passion was still Dental! I joined the Walt Ortho family in Jan 2023 and I am so glad I did! In my spare time I enjoy hiking with my fur baby, trying new restaurants, horseback riding, snowmobiling and travelling with my husband/friends.
Dana graduated from the Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries with honours and became a registered Dental Hygienist at the beginning of 2017. Dana is our go-to girl for educating patients on oral hygiene. Dana speaks three languages, English, Russian, and Hebrew. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Jessica graduated from The Canadian Academy of Dental Health & Community Sciences and became a dental hygienist in 2020. She started out working in general dentistry and discovered her passion for orthodontics shortly after. She absolutely loves everything about braces! If you don’t see her in the office, she is somewhere in the world travelling!
Sally received her dental hygiene diploma from Aplus Institute in 2016. Prior to that, she studied Life Science at the University of Toronto to pursue her dream as a health care provider. She is passionate about providing patients with healthy and confident smiles. Outside the office, Sally loves to travel, eat, and spend quality time with her husband and her dog.
Kemisha graduated from Ontario Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science in 2018. She then became a Certified Level ll Dental Assistant graduate in 2020 from George Brown College. She started out in a general dental practice but found her passion in orthodontics. She enjoys traveling, trying different restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
Lori came to Vancouver, Canada in 1995 from the Philippines. Her, her husband and 2 kids love to travel, try new food and spend time with family. Lori graduated Dental Assisting in 2001, has been an orthodontic assistant since 2008; she works every Saturday in General Dentistry with the same dentist since 2001! If she is not traveling she loves staying at home reading short stories novels or watching NETFLIX - she loves action movies.
Tanya was born and raised in London, Ontario. She Moved to Toronto in 2013. Graduated from George brown college in 2017 as a Dental assistant. Outside of work she loves to travel and enjoys trying new foods and restaurants. Tanya loves spending time with family and friends.
Olivia graduated as a Certified Level II Dental Assistant from George Brown College in 2019 and immediately went into the field of orthodontics. She also maintains membership to the Ontario Dental Assistants Association and Canadian Dental Assistants’ Association. In 2022, Olivia continued her education at the University of Toronto specializing in Orthodontic Procedures. Olivia always knew she wanted to go into dentistry as she loved going to the dentist throughout her childhood.
Shanice is a dental assistant who graduated from Durham College in 2021, having completed both Level 1 and Level 2 of dental assisting, I have three years of experience in general dentistry, but I decided to explore a new path in orthodontics as I’ve always wanted to try. Beyond dental I have a passion for makeup artistry, photography, and baking.
Franky received her medical device reprocessing certificate from Centennial College in 2020 and shortly after, joined the Walt Orthodontics team! She also received her Honours Bachelor from the University of Toronto, majoring in literature and religious studies. In her spare time, Franky enjoys summer hikes, road trips and spending time with her dog, Evie.
Hilary has worked in both Pediatric Dentistry, taking children to William Osler's Operating Rooms, and at an Oral Maxillofacial Surgical Clinic since graduating with honours from her Dental Assisting level II program in 2013. She thought the operating room was her home until she started her own Invisalign journey with Dr. Walt in 2020. She quickly realized as she was perfecting her smile, that she wanted to be involved with helping others do the same. There is no better place to do that than at Walt Ortho.
Justine graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Sociology. Before joining Walt Orthodontics, she worked for 7 years as an administrator for a general dentist. In her spare time, she loves trying out new restaurants and reading good books.
Daniella graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor's degree in Honors Biology in 2022. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, travelling, and cooking! Daniella joined the Walt Ortho team in 2022 and has hopes of working in the dental field herself.
Viktoria is most passionate about helping others. She’s had braces when she was younger, and knows what that journey is like - so to help others in their journeys to a better smile is something she enjoys doing. For a moment in Viktoria’s life, she thought about becoming a dental assistant, but quickly realized she much better enjoyed the administrative aspect of a clinic. In her free time, Viktoria loves to bake, spend time with friends, and her cat, Ollie, and jam out to her favourite songs.

Dr. Walt received his dental (DDS) degree from the University of Western Ontario, graduating first in his class and receiving the Gold Medal as well as numerous awards recognizing his scholastic and clinical achievements, leadership and character. He then completed his orthodontic training at the University of Colorado, where he received both his Specialty Certificate and Master of Science Degree. During his residency, he was awarded the Rocky Mountain Orthodontics Scholarship for overall excellence.
After graduating from residency and opening Walt Orthodontics in 2013, Dr. Walt committed himself to applying his traditional orthodontic education into the digital world to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience. He currently serves as a Faculty Member, Key Opinion Leader, and Advisory Board Member for Align Technology which involves traveling around the world to teach other orthodontists about Invisalign. Being at the forefront of digital orthodontics, Dr. Walt was invited to be the first orthodontist in Canada to use custom LightForce braces. He also serves as an Orthodontic Coach/Mentor for other orthodontists looking to improve their knowledge of digital orthodontics.
In addition to practicing orthodontics, Dr. Walt is a “die-hard” Blue Jays fan and enjoys working out in his spare time.
Dr. Stephanie Grossman pursued her dental degree in sunny South Florida at Nova Southeastern University. She graduated with honours, at the top of her class, and was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Honour Society. She then completed her orthodontic training at the University of Detroit Mercy, where she received both a Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master of Science degree. She is both a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.
Dr. Grossman strives to provide the highest standard of orthodontic care for her patients. She attends numerous hours of continuing education and utilizes the latest advancements in orthodontics. Dr. Grossman is licensed to practice in both the United States and Canada.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Grossman enjoys spending time with her friends and family and traveling the world. She is a self-proclaimed foodie and loves trying new restaurants!
