Dr. Walt and his trained staff will complete an oral assessment to identify if professional whitening can be of benefit to you. An excellent candidate will include the following:
A current patient of Walt Orthodontics.
Over the age of 16 years old. If under the age of 19, parental consent is required.
In good oral health with no cavities present.
Light yellow or brown stain on the anterior teeth.
No pre-existing tooth sensitivity.
* Philips Zoom! WhiteSpeed Whitening will not be performed on those who are: pregnant or nursing, immunocompromised or have a serious illness and those who are under 16 years of age.
PHILIPS ZOOM! WHITESPEED WHITENING AT WALT ORTHODONTICS
Your procedure begins with a digital intraoral scan of your teeth followed by a short preparation of tooth isolation. Next, sit back and relax during three 15-minute whitening sessions, with an optional fourth 15-minute session at the discretion of Dr. Walt.
At the end of your procedure, you will receive a bonus take-home touch-up kit with custom whitening trays. Any post-care instructions will be provided along with a before-and-after photo comparison (feel free to make your friends and family jealous!)
