Discover transformative orthodontic results for children ages 7-11 with our Phase 1 treatment. Early intervention plays a crucial role in shaping healthy smiles and improving overall dental health. During this critical growth period, children's mouths are still developing, making it the ideal time to address and correct potential orthodontic issues. By initiating treatment at this early stage, we can guide jaw growth, create space for incoming permanent teeth, and address harmful habits such as thumb sucking or mouth breathing. Phase 1 treatment not only improves the alignment of teeth but also helps in the proper development of the dental arches, reducing the need for more extensive procedures later in life. Early orthodontic care can prevent problems from worsening, thereby minimizing the risk of tooth extraction or invasive surgery in the future. Additionally, addressing these issues early can boost a child’s confidence and contribute to better oral hygiene habits as they grow. Our personalized approach ensures that each child receives a tailored treatment plan designed to meet their unique needs, promoting not just a straighter smile but also enhancing overall dental function and long-term oral health. Investing in Phase 1 treatment sets the foundation for a lifetime of healthy smiles, giving children the best start towards optimal dental health and a brighter, more confident future.

DR. WALT’S DECISION TO BECOME AN ORTHODONTIST WAS INSPIRED BY HIS OWN DIRECT PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.

Dr. Walt received his dental (DDS) degree from the University of Western Ontario, graduating first in his class and receiving the Gold Medal as well as numerous awards recognizing his scholastic and clinical achievements, leadership and character.
